Cars and Orange

The Gallardo and Integra RM look brilliant in orange (chaemeleon for Gallardo and Electric for Integra) Also not forgetting the Focus ST, or Asbo as it should be more widely known ;)
 
I am a great believer that orange cars go faster, plus they look incredible with black wheels (and wings where appropriate).

However, orange does not suit all cars. I found this out the hard way. Never EVER paint a Merc 300SL Orange. Its just not fair to it.

:lol: What a timely discussion. Last night, and although I already have two of them, I couldn't resist buying my third Karmann Ghia when it appeared in a sensational orange paint. Maybe I'll post a pic later.

I thought that I'd put it in a funny situation, but it was very easy to throw around, due to that nice weight distribution with the rear engine (stock). I think that I'll tune it a bit and have some fun at the Autumn Ring. I love the old cars it GT.
 
The RUF RGT and 2010 Camaro look great in orange. The Caterham does as well.
 
As much as I hate these "What color should I paint my car?" threads, I bust up laughing every time I see the thread title. "Cars and Orange." Anyone else find that funny?

Oh, and...save your file to a flash drive and then keep painting cars orange until you find one you like. Once you find one, restore your gamesave and then redo that final combo just the one time. There's no need to ask other people what car you should paint orange.

and I can't take a pic just now but my Vantage is painted in a nice burnt orange and looks fantastic.

Sure Looks good on the Turner Motorsports F1, I ultimately went with the MP4 orange for my "replica" as Historic Orange didn't cut the cake.
 
It's just a pic I pulled from the web but now that you mention it, it does look a bit wasp-like. :)
 
I was always fond of the reddish orange they put on the old Opel GT back in the 70s. But that might just be because I was lucky enough to buy one of them when I was in high school...

Not sure how to post a pic from my phone but Outeke, check out the Viper SRT10 ACR '08 in the premium dealership. One of the paints you can select is called Viper Very Orange. :) Also if you buy the newest dlc and get the V12 Vantage '10, when you go the premium dealership you can find a paint called Madagascar Orange. That looks awesome.
