Cars missing their redline indicators

Versions of the Viper and the NSX don't have functioning rev-lights.

I'm not really complaining about such a trivial thing, but it's a bit of an eyesore because I drive using cockpit view with the HUD off.

I believe the Ferrari 430 Scuderia and Enzo (and possibly more) have these red line indicator lights on top of the steering wheel in real life, but they're missing in GT5 as well.

The shift lights on the Enzo work, same with the LFA.

I hope PD patches them in
