Well, there are 2 categories of new cars, new to the Forza franchise (pretty much all of the ones in the first post) and new to Horizon (The Corsa and the Jag are in this one. They were in FM4, but missed Horizon 1 and Motorsport 5)

The good thing is the 4 really new cars are iconic classics. And that's sweet. But I think the number of new cars is going to be veeeery little...maybe 10 cars. With 200-ish cars, and having in mind a lot of content is going to be ported over from FM5, there isn't much room left for new things...DLC can save the day, of course. Let's see what they have for us next week.

I left out the corsa because it just isn't new. However the Xk in horizon 2 is the SE.
Different specs, different model.
Plus it now has white walls :O

It was a SE in FM4 too:

"1954 XK120 SE Roadster"

The white walls, well, all cars until FM5 didn't had them. So trust me, it's the same car as in FM4, but obviously updated for the new gen along with all the others ;)

it was a 210 bhp model, the SE in horizon has 180 hp

Edit: oops it was an SE in forza 4, but this one has different specs still

I searched up on this a few days ago, and the SE model had 180 bhp, but there was also a 210 hp model. Perhaps turn 10 made a mistake with the SE specs in forza 4, and have now fixed it?

I'm now not sure what to do with this car

I'm really hoping all the cars from FM5 make it to Horizon 2 especially the new cars from today. (Minus the race cars but only because I know they won't put them in, I think it's a great idea to try and off-road an E21 personally)

They won't. With all DLC there are 300 cars, and less than 20 are race cars. Horizon will have a little over 200 cars, and that's with new additions to the series.

Lets hope they have some of the cars. Some Aussie cars would be great.
 
I'd like to see the VXR8 Bathurst in the game. I want to see if they'll replicate the whining sound it makes.
 
Now that all the new cars are know (outside of future DLC and barn finds, of course), I'm liking what a diverse cross section of cars this is. If you can't find something to like in this group, I have to wonder if you actually like cars.
 
How about a version of the "best car for teenagers" bit? You know, with the test of climbing up a wet grassy hill...

Yeah, that's got to be the coolest inclusion, for me. Hope there's some tight, windy roads to race it on. Will be in its element.

The 2013 Donkervoort D8 GTO has been confirmed as part of the VIP pass. So another new car!

Forget that. Ladies and gentlemen we have a 1949 Mercury Coupe in the game. Anyone else thinking of making a custom Mercury?
