When you rip tickets it is like rolling the dice. Sometimes you are lucky and sometimes it rolls craps for days on end.

To better the odd's, the more tickets you have the better chances of getting what you are after.

Example: 2001 Bday Tickets * 30 = better odds vs 5 tickets...even then, no guarantee's you will get it today. Maybe in a few days of trying.

Or if you hit it, go to Vegas with the luck
