Cars recommended to drive with the cockpit view and HUD off

The Autobacs Arta Garaiya '08 is a dream to drive with the cockpit view, probably the best in my opinion. It's a good car, although slower than most other GT cars. You can buy it from the Premium Dealership.
 
I've always enjoyed the GT-R's (R35) mostly due to their visibility and the easily read rev meter. If I remember correctly the speed gauge is a little unclear but its still legible. The LFA is just all round amazing to drive and the cockpit is awesome too. The speedo is in KM/H though, so be aware. The RM Silvia has very clear gauges and good visibility, but it requires a good tune to handle well.
