All VGT cars can't have it and I think the Citreon is because concept car - I've had a few concepts not work for me.

Thanks. Anyways, it won't change it at all as the Standard cars will stay in GT7...
 
The BMW M3 Chrome Line can have the number plates applied, assuming that it'll work for the other Chrome Lines as well.
