Cars without changeable wheels

I was surprised to see that you can paint the DeLorean now, but can't paint or change the wheels on the Mitsubishi i Concept, which you could in GT5

Very disappointed in the Veyron not being able to change wheels. I just finished buying my first Veyron and now last one, to find out I cant change the rims. It was the same way in GT5. At least its premium now. PD just cant seem to go all out with this game.

I wonder why PD gave us two identical Veyrons? I know they are different years but everything is the same between them. Why not an SS or some other of the many special Veyrons?

It was not meant as a slight towards you in anyway. It just seemed a bit impossible as the game just came out. I just did not expect hacks so soon. Cant wait for more info on this.
 
I honestly I am not surprised to see the Bugatti Veyron's wheels can't be changed, they couldn't be changed in GT5 ether. What kind of has me shocked is you can't the wheels on the Cadillac Cien and the SVT Lightning, they were changeable in GT5, why GT6 isn't, I don't know. I can't remember if the Silverado SST and Range Rover was or not.

I was also SUPER disappointed that you can't change the wheels on a Veyron.. like WTF I understand if you can't change rims of LMP/GT3 cars, but a damn Veyron?!?

Nether is that Veyron. Make sure to capitalize and use proper punctuation in your sentences because it is against the AUP not to. ;)

You can add every base model to the list, as even though you can paint the body and wheels, you cannot change the wheels themselves.
So in a nutshell:
