With the drag cars I think you just set the ride height at the front to the highest possible settings, and the back to the lowest. If it doesn't work, try it the other way around. I read somwhere that the stiffest possible springs front and back also helps.

Skyline R30 Silhoutte Foumula, ugly car. Won the Apricot Hill Endurance Race by about 13 laps though.
