Caterham Bought By Lotus

It's a low volume car, it comes under a different set of regulations.
 
I thought there was something going on, wasn't the caterham super seven based on the lotus 7? It seemed a bit odd, as caterham and lotus were sort of rival companies, then again, this is a regular occurance in the motor world, peugeout and citroen, for example.
 
We've already established that Lotus haven't bought Caterham.

The Caterham 7 WAS the Lotus 7, when Lotus were axeing the car Caterham bought the rights to it and carried on production eventually making subtle changes of their own.
 
And very effective and fast changes they were too:)
 
Well aside from the enigne choices changing, the chassis changed slowly over time.
