I have three 7s, one for this and one crazily modded and tuned one for the ****s and giggles that can do the 'Ring in 7mins and still room for improvement :)
I just have to learn to drive the thing properly without it shooting off into the trees :p

The last one I can send to anybody for free that is stuck in finding one and time is running out to get in on a race or anything.

I am trying to conceive a UK/EU timezone friendly event for next Saturday at the ring. Something like a club member gathering, trackday / 1 lap race, run what you bring (interms of mods/configuration) kind of event. People can easily connect with a track buddy with similar config and just have fun.

It is SAD that PD decided to exclude all the good UK circuits like Silverstone, BH and Cadwell from the game, but given their usual logic of how they did things, I can't say I am really surprised.

my Fireblade handles the Ring wicked awesome,i took down a zR1 and a Lambo ,great car almost as good as my 111R

That most likely had nothing to do with the Caterham, but everything to do with those drving the ZR1 or Lambo.
 
Really like this car but I struggle to tame it :( Played with endless suspension settings but becuase it was mostly all guess work it didnt quite go well.

Can anyone share some custom settings?

Write me a pm about the issue, may be I can help you sort it out. I am kind of a teach you how to fish kind of guy, we can tune it from the top to match your driving style.

Turning knobs in and out randomly is really not the way to go......

@rocket, good to drop in for a few sprints this morning (1am here).
you need to give the se7en the opportinity to warm tyres, either more laps like 10 at tsukuba or go to slick tyres. Just my 2d worth.

Have you thought of setting a group up on gtp, would make finding meets easier as membership is linked from profile page?
 
This is definately fun racing, of coarse I'm in.

It was fun racing with you earlier rocket, I'd been wanting to use this car online since I picked it up.

Nice stuff. Slick tires just seem a bit much for that car, but you got a point for sprints. we can do racing hard next time :)

Initially I am not sure if the any one would be interested in the Caterham so I didn't start a group right away, but now that you mention it may be it is time.

Hey Rocket Punch, would it be possible for you to set the lobbys up so you aren't a "fixed" host?
Or maybe right before you leave you could change that setting (I'm not sure if this is possible) so the racing can continue after you leave. I tried yesterday to restart a room but only one guy came back.

I will start to do that, but non fixed host requires everyone to have good bandwith to join, at least thats what PD said in the description.
 
Hey can i join this? it seem to be a lot of fun and i love lotus sevens because my dad has one :D
