I still don't get it, how is it fake, when you see the person inside the snake after they cut it open? I've seen pictures of a snake after eating a 3 year old the snake was slighty smaller..........

How is it not fake? You don't see the snake being cut open and the person being revealed inside. You see something that looks like a dead cut open snake with what looks like a person inside it. It's too easily setup.
