Superb entry from Swiss, to be honest, I think you overdid the blur but still, the pic is BRILLIANT!
 
Thanks guys. That blur is 110% in-game! PMC rules wouldn't allow me to blur anyway. I will provide unedited version to those skeptical :)

It's always seemed to have the right reflections to me, when you go under signs they reflect and so do the lights in tunnels etc., so it's not completely random.
