Hi Paul:
:D Can help with the "What" but not the "Where." X-port is a Hardware/Software package that lets you turn your computer into a huge Memory Card. W/enough hard disk space (Or lotsa floppies) you can send & receive re-plays, have mutiple "Game Saves", (Not just GT3 but ALL PS2 Games), & retain EVERY Replay if you wish.

But the most exciting part is that w/"MKs" software (A FREE download) you can easily keep all your cars @ Maximum HP, compare other people's settings from replays, or if you wish build "Hybrids." You can also obtain ANY CAR on the disk (including Several "Hidden" cars on the NTSC Version), without winning or buying them.

BEST investment I've made (costs about the same as ONE memory card here) since buying my PS2. Hope this helps...UB57

i can help with the where - the only place its available that i know of is on codejunkies.com ill put a link up in a min it says theyre updating come back in a few minutes;)
 
sorted, thanks UB57 and Mr P. play.com rulez. im assuming its not just highly useful for gt3 but other games too right? :D i had an action replay for a different console once so i vaguelly know how these things work, but i'll definitely check it out

Right!!!
:D Over here you can rent games at places like Blockbuster, save your progress & stow the "Save" on your computer. Then next time you rent it just download the save & take right up where you left off. You also don't have to worry about someone "Accidently" wiping the info off your memory card...UB57 :D
