Does anyone know how this UCD works? I thought all the cars would come around in an order and when it goes all the way through them it starts again. Since i started looking yesterday I've seen the Astra about 4 times.

The UCD seems random at first but compare to a few other players and you'll find that it does circle. But it takes a loooooooooooooong time. Best advice is to keep looking

I might be able to make this Saturday's race, but ill be doing the arrive & drive deal since I didn't catch notice soon enough to get practice in. I have one more practice night available, but I would have to choose between Bankfin or DTM.

getting a decent list, the only reason im doing it a little earlier is because I could end up with overlap on the WRC, which is round 1, and I'm feeling very confident for a good result so I don't want to miss it,

bahahaha, well I figured that perhaps the lack of knowledge and experience of the Madrid Circuit may level the field a little bit,

I'm glad we are testing here, I'm lighting the rears up easy so If I can tune out the smoken tires here then I know I can carry this over to a couple of other tracks too. I do hope we're running at least 100km, because I can get about 25 laps out of these hards so we would need a 100km to have a 1 stopper?

yeah the race will be 1 lap past 100KMS, I'm not sure how many laps exactly but that will be sorted between now and race day, yes its one mandatory pit stop not before 25% or after 75% race completion, I read it as 2 stops, one around 25% and the other at 75% race distance, but wow was I wrong, what could have been a fight for second or a team effort for the win went to a very distant 3rd lol

That makes 2 of us I thought turbos were allowed until I read the op again just now, close 1. No turbos means better tire wear so that's a plus for me.

100km is about 30 Laps give or take a lap. I finished up P1 with no tuning or front downforce and bested a 1:25.9xx

sweet as, laying down the gauntlet straight out of the gate, I'm uncertain as to what the benchmark will be until we see what the times from the CLK Mercedes, but I dare say this circuit will be the equalizer, with the exemption of the carousel hairpin at the south end of the circuit, but then for it to be worth the time gained around there you have to get out of the corner fast, I'm half expecting some carnage here too,

Rallymorten, I found out why the CLK'S are faster, Its tuned to the previous rules, to compete with the Calibra and Alfa, the rules changed for the 02 season,

If you could make the race without the car I would allow you to use the A4 as that's in the OCD still I believe plus its just a pre season race so its for fun more then anything, plus the more the merrier,

I think it's the TT that's there but i already have the A4, it's all irrelevant anyway as i'm 150 miles away from my PS3. I already have an uphill battle to get back for Sundays race, although i normally just make it.

This was the results i got form the app thing you gave me Dave and when you put in the BMW it says 105 days. Am i correct in thinking each time i get 6 new cars in the UCD then that is 1 day? So a full refresh is 5 days?

Just done 25 laps at Madrid in the CLK. Best time was 1:24.688 on lap 22. That was after changing tires and not adding fuel. It was also my only sub 1:25 lap so i must have hooked it up pretty nice. Was getting 1:26s as my standard good lap. There are 3 spots on this track where if you dont get the right line it will add at least a second to your time. 1st hairpin, the 90 degree right hander where you come out at the bus stop and the final chicane. I needed about 5 laps before i got a sub 1:28. Could be an interesting race tomorrow fighting for that one good line...

Yes 5 in game days totally refreshes the UCD. its also 5 complete races passes 5 in game days
