not 100% sure if they are available, but those cars haven't been made available yet, just the don't seem active on the thread,
 
rally didn't divide them by model, just auto makes

BAZZER wants to change to Audi,
joetruck wants to change to Audi, possibly Mercedes.

Any more who would like to see if a space pops up?
If that's the case and we have an extreme low amount of turnups to round one (for those that were there, think how the Eiger Nordwand Rallye looked) I'll delay what will be the new round 1 and maybe do a complete turnover on cars and stuff :)
 
If I've worked it out properly, including BMW, there should be 3 spots available per body shape,

3-BMW
3-Merc
3-Astra
3-TT
3-A4
15= + 1 spot remaining for extra/ Wild card entry in any car,

I also think the spec's should be something like this,
Merc=404BHP@1200KG
BMW=404BHP@1180KG
A'TT=414BHP@1180KG
A'A4=424BHP@1180KG
Astra=434BHP@1160KG

To post pictures it's just wrapping [IMG*] and [/IMG*] (excluding the *) around the image link :)

And yeah Dave, a way to do it would be having a heavier Mercedes. But I think the safest for now is to see if we get started on Saturday and if we don't then see what can be done :)
 
those spec's are just from the lap time differences that I noticed when I tested the cars,

So does going 3 per car allow me to use the TT?
 
well.... yeah, but its not my series so we would need to await rally's approval,

but then curtex only has the TT, so if this was to go ahead then myself or spaz will have to move to the A4, which at those spec's I would be happy with, but then that also means that one of the astra driver's and one merc driver would have to move,

Traction control on 9 with skid recovery force on and I'd still screw up my laps in that. I will not tame that beast lol
 
:lol: I'm like that with FF's the odd occasion I can belt out a blinder, but it usually results in underteering through a tree, :lol:
 
Hey guys,

I have a comment about the lack of practice race participation and feedback here in the thread. I read this thread at least every other day and I still don't know when races are actually occurring. Most of the dialog is in speculation about whether or not there should or shouldn't be a practice race (depending on whether or not people show up). What works for me is a firm date and time. I have to plan ahead for these events so this information is most critical. Presently, this thread is 33 pages long and it's hard to find confirmed dates anywhere.

I have seen a confirmed date of Nov.3rd for the first official race and I'm planning on being there. I'm still not sure about the start time as the GMT system is still confusing for me. The link for time conversion on the OP shows the race at 1 PM East Coast time in the US so that's when I'm planning on showing up :) As for "showing up" I haven't seen any real info on how or where to enter the race. Do I check for Rally's bubble on my friend's list or will there be a room number posted ? Since this is next Saturday (here in US) I'm still a bit unclear as to the complicated qualifying procedure so I'll probably just start in the rear.

I also see comments about adjusting the HP and weights of certain cars ... shouldn't these have been locked in by now as the season starts in only 5 days. How do I test and develop a set up if the specs may change days before the race ?

I think if all the relevant information was found in one predictable place, more people would participate. As it is, the details seem to be spread around in various pages of the thread. Just my perspective guys ... hope to see you next Saturday :)

Round 1 is on Saturday, yes, and I think 1PM sounds reasonable.

We won't change the HP and weight now, it's simply too late.

The race is in my private lounge so it's pretty easy to find :)

I'll add the day to the title 👍
 
I most likely won't be on before about 5 minutes before the race sue to parents controlling my gaming, but fear not! I'll make it :lol:
