change of oil

im playing the formula championship
it is harder and harder and my oil is bad
is there any way to chainge oil in the championship?

No, you can't change your oil during a championship. You just have to live with it.

what are the consequences if you don't change the oil?

Nothing permanent. The engine just loses some of it's power, which it regains when you change the oil.
