Changing "Body Height" question

Hello
if I want to change Suspension settings— Body Height Adjustments, there is a help text that says I must also adjust two other values (see pic below). But I absolutely do not get what it is talking about. There are no "spring rate" nor "suspension stroke" in the whole tuning options. Can someone help and tell me what two values do I have to adjust? Thanks!

You should increase the natural frequency.

If you run a low body height, natural frequency ideally needs to be increased. Natural frequency basically makes the springs stiffer and reduces body roll. If you leave it low/soft, cars can suffer with wheel arch rubbing, resulting in some unpredictable handling.

This is just not right at all, cars can run very soft springs at minimum ride height with biggest wheels and no widebody.

The Megane is what started the revolution quite a few months ago, just doing silly things on GT whilst on a smirnoff durability test. Turned out Megane could run at minimum ride height (biggest wheels & no widebody), soft, hard springs, comfort or sports tyres from 500pp to 600pp, at 'Ring and run over any kerb you want.

After that, the floodgates opened.

Racecars are a bit different, but the majority of the normal ones (GT3/4, GT500, GR1/2 etc) can all run minimum springs and softest tyres.

Even my F3500 has soft springs and laps 'ring in 5:30 with my pudding fingers on the <> buttons.

More examples of biggest wheels, minimum ride height, no widebody:

Subaru '14 just dips under 7 minutes at the ring with SS tyres, R35 does 6:30 something, bit of a loon-mobile.... cars are on all sorts of tyres, weirdly, cars like GT3 an Camaro fell really good on comfort softs.

Suzuki bounce-alot is on RS tyres and can be chuck round the 'ring..

I got a load of road cars turned racecars (with wide bodies though) on RS tyres too, minimum ride height. I dunno, either I've gone through a worm hole into another dimension or amazon sold me a unique version of GT7 .

I'm not saying there isn't a problem, there definitely are problems when you go to soft or too hard. I'm not saying these are the best setups, they're probably not as it's hard to beat the rake (turns on a dim at the front and sticks like glue at the rear).

Even though I missed the first 3 years, it's fairly obvious things were pretty bad and PD were changing things, there definately were handling issues that were cauing all sorts of problems.

But I can only go by what I've seen and experienced y'know.

This doesn't work on every car, but so far a rough estimation would be 7 - 8 out of ten 'works' straight away, 1/2 takes quite a bit of fiddling, and there's usually 1 that just doesn't want to know and you gotta admit defeat.
