Click on your avatar pic and you'll see your guy standing in his current outfit, and you can change them by clicking near it on the buttons below it I think
To do so, click on your profile picture in the GT Life main menu. You driver will be shown rotating and at the bottom, you will see the option to either choose your driver's outfit yourself or have it selected randomly.
If you choose to make a profile picture of your A-Specatar then the game will generate nine random-ish poses. Choose one to set as your profile pic and that picture will also be saved (slightly larger) in your My Photos folder.
