Changing Weather in GTmode and Arcade?

Hi Guys,

I'm new in GT5, and would like to know how to change the weather in the GTmode and Arcade ?? Can't see any buttoms to do that?

There is no preset button or option to change weather. Only certain tracks come with a changeable weather option in the form of "high speed rign: Change weather" on the track screen.
