Seems funny all right, I have 3 PS3s, and send 3 send per day with no issues.
I don't think "It's the Servers".

It must be PSN causing problems. I had difficulty receiving Miko's FR earlier.

I can't send again until after reset @2200 EST. You can try and send a FR to me since Miko can't send. I don't mind keeping the train going.

Maybe, you've sent a ticket from another account from the same PS3, the server tags the PS3 as well not just the account.

I just sent 3 times this afternoon, also sent 3 Friend Requests no issues. Then I sent 3 times again after reset, in the last 28 minutes. The Server is not the problem as far as I can see.
 
I will send to Monatsanfang after the reset. Let's just keep this going so it doesn't derail again.

Swerv I have the highest respect for you as a member of the community. What do you mean by P.I.C.N.I.C?

I had to exit out of GT5 3 times before I could receive the FR and the ticket. I have never had this kind of issue before. I am just asking.

Here in Tech Support we sometimes use that acronym when a user we are helping may have inadvertantly overlooked some small thing on their end that may have some bearing on their issue.

It means: Problem In Chair, Not in Computer? :sly:

I'm not trying to bust anyone's chops, just stating that at my Location, the Servers have been working flawlessly for days, 3 sends per day, every day without fail including 5 paints and 5 parts per PS3 too.
