Cheap racing seats

So other than junkyard pulls... where do you guys get your racing seats? I mean the sparco ones tend to be in the hundreds... are there cheaper seats that are decent for that kind of thing?

A gaming seat. From Best Buy or target are always good.

Or you could go to a junkyard.

Best Buy used to sell a seat call the AK Ratchet which was about as good as it gets and pretty cheap but I can't find it anywhere for a decent price anymore... all they seem to have now are those 70's looking rocker seats with built in speakers which look both uncomfortable and just lame...

IIRC, a few months ago the Best Buy near where I live had a few more models of those AK Rockers usually going for about $100. I dunno how many of them they still have in stock if any.

I just had a look at the AK Rocker website and from what I can tell, they no longer make the Ratchet model. They do have a few other models available though.

Also if you put AK Rocker into your web search engine of preference, you'll also get some websites that sell the various products. I hope this helps you.👍

Wow, the AR Rocker 200 looks really awesome. Pitty, doesn’t look like they sell them in Australia.

Thanks, I actually contacted AK and it seems the ratchet is on their page listed as Racer, however they told me it's likely not available anywhere and is discontinued...
