Cheapest and best Steering Wheel to use?

Hello, I am new to this forum and i got Gran Turismo 5 on Friday. I am looking at getting a Racing Wheel for this game. Well i was wondering what Steering Wheels are compatible with GT5, also what is the cheapest you can get one for?
 
It's a loaded question as the cheapest won't be the best. Dfgt would be the cheapest one I would consider, as cheaper ones will be nasty to use and likely to break. Best compromise between cost and quality would be a G27 IMO.
 
Most say the DFGT (Driving Force GT) will be best for the price. You could probably get it cheap and new online.
