Cheated by a Scammer?

Just been "Scammed", have report it to PSNetwork Grief. But how can other people in here, know who is a Scammer? Any tread or something here on GTPlanet?

They have a reputation thread, you would have to manually scroll through the pages to find negative feedbacks about traders.

It would be good though if they have a list just specifically for reported scammers.

I don't actually think it's reasonable to report scammers on here, there is 2 sides to every tale and without hearing from the other person involved it's just one person's word against somebody who can't tell their side.

I don't actually think it's reasonable to report scammers on here, there is 2 sides to every tale and without hearing from the other person involved it's just one person's word against somebody who can't tell their side.

Yes there are two sides of a story. But why post it here and report it to PSN when it was a lie?
I have not lose anything on this "deal" with the guy, make a backup (just in case), but its the princip that not cheat on pleople.

I'm not saying you were lying, but some may lie just for the fun of it, have seen it happen on other forums. I would just stick to respectable forums & members in the future, pick trading partners that have been here for a long time, have a reasonable amount of posts, stuff like that.

Yep, https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/search.php put their username in the box on the right although that will only work if their PSN is the same name as the forum account. (I think)

It's always possible to go into the reputation thread, then "Search this Thread" (near the top, on the right, next to the thread tools) and search for somebody y name.

It doesn't always work, because not everybody leaves reputation for the people they've traded with, but it can be a start
