I heard about this camera from my friends so I decided to look into it. I just bought it online last night. It's gonna be here in a week.

👍 It's a good little camera. My friend has a 4.0MP Kodak and it's really nice.

Disturbingly similar specs to mine. Except for the max shutter speed of 1/17000 sec. (I hope that's a type-o.) Mine has better video ssettings. All-in-all, not a bad camera. 👍

BTW, You know about the "You have a good camera, not you have to participate in the photo comp" rule, right?

I was wondering about that as well. Although, it may be useful if you wish to take a picture of the sun if your 5ft away from it. You may need it then.

I've been wanting a digital camera for a long time. I got so sick of my film cameras that I didn't really care what I spent on a digi cam. it is a good camera but if you zoom in all the way, you need a tripod or most of your pics will be blurry.

Here is the tripod my wife bought me. Not the best, but it's a good unit.
