Thanks MD.
That's it chilicoke. Disappointed at this seller. If you are no longer doing business. Pls put a note or shut the PayPal function on your website.

Aside from making your own...

DSD adapter is not aluminum, but a super hard plastic. Also offers some nice button plates that are plug and play for G27's.

Thanks MD.

Its more than disappointing, it's criminal, it's stealing. The Paypal will shut down only after enough of us file claims.

I made my own adapter as well, with wood. Works great. Painted it black.

No excuse. Put a note on your website then. Is he on holiday with no internet access? Not likely if he's still checking YouTube. Not even a quick email reply "Hey I'm on vacation, will ship soon." Rude and unprofessional.

I totally agree with you......I would be getting angry too......I hope you sort this problem out

I know this question will get me grief from the stick shift diehards -- I have a Logitech G27 that I use with GT5 but I never use the clutch (as always in Auto or use paddles to shift).

I have a playseat and find that the upright stand gets in the way of me reaching the brake pedal. With GT5 we can program all the buttons but not the pedals (that I can see). It possible to change the left clutch pedal make it the brake function? Any help would be apprechiated.

^ You could disassemble the pedal base and physically swap the brake assembly with the clutch assembly, then put the plastic casing back together. Should be pretty easy, just a lot of screws to take out and put back in. 👍 The pedals are labeled A (accelerator), B (brake), C (clutch), put B where C is and vice versa.

but the wires to the brake pot would have to reach to the clutch position. I haven't opened mine yet, is there enough play in those wires?

Did exactly what you suggested (used Chilicoke's guide to reversing pedal mount as guide and seems to work just fine). Thanks for the help. 👍

Just did it and the wire harness seemed to be long enough...only issue was lots of screws to deal with. But done and tested...seems to be just fine.

Sorry for bringing this topic back, but I need help. I tried to do the Handbrake mod on my G27 and did everything as I should. The problem is: When I put both wires together, my G27 turns off. All the buttons still work. Has anyone had this problem before? Can anyone help me?

Yeah i have the same problem i ended up buying a new G27 but i still want to fix the g25 so i can use my handbrake :(... i think you might be able to find a resistor or something to solder on it

anyone with the G25 shifter mod chime in? Has it held up over the years 100%? Any steps in the instruction that's fragile/prone to breaking? Are all steps reversible if I don't end up lking it?

My one's held up fine, & yes it's totally reversible. The most tricky thing is not losing the ball bearing, it can easily ping off if you're not paying attention. I had one problem when doing it; the rubber o ring I bought was too bulky & I couldn't use it. I just done the pre loaded spring mod. Even if you do both mods, it will only improve the feeling of shifting longitudinally & into reverse, it doesn't stiffen up the lateral movements.
