For everyone who doesn't knows it yet: you actually can choose drifting or racing mode in the 2 player mode!

in single player you can choose shifting and after that drifting or racing.
in the 2 player mode you choose your car, shifting(manual or auto) and then the race starts! but when you choose your car, shifting and than press X, and than go BACK with the triangle-button, you can choose Drift or Racing!! TATAAAAAAAA!!!!!:D

HAVE FUN!!;)

humm, I think it's just a bug and doesn't really change the settings of the car. I think this only applies to garage cars though, with the arcade cars im pretty sure you can choose drift or racing in 2player mode with out going back.

The original post is just a bug, you cant change the setting of your garage cars buy choosing drift or racing in the way he said. But for arcade cars you get less sticky tires and the suspention is tuned for drifting when you choose the drift setting.

Half right.

In drift mode you get slightly harder tyres - they are the equivalent of T4/T5 compared to T8. But every other setting remains the same.

** Two replays of Calsonic GT-R compared in mk's GT3gEdit programme.

what!!!!!!!!!!! i thought all you guys knows about that and someone just find that out, damn!!!!!!!!!! i though all you people knows about the racing or drift thingy, oh well
