This is an odd post, and only minimally related to cars. Choose when/where/how you'd like to be born and grow up.

For me it would be early-mid 30's English aristocracy. Near reasonable height/ pre-decline of the empire, summer trips to Italy, summer camp in Switzerland. Winter trips to Italy, private school, Fettes College maybe. Trips by rail of course. Maturing around the time Ferrari was producing the great cars, and with the means to purchase them.

Anyone else?

Born around 1950. So when i would be old enough to drive, law was less strict music started to get better hell lot of gas for everyone and probably best cars ever made. Plus in the 90's i would have the cash to buy me a merc evo2.
 
1950 near Bathurst in Australia. I'd grow up just when the ATCC was really get exciting, be old enough to buy a great Australian muscle car when they were new and cheap, and not be faced with this alternate energy crap for cars as a young fella.
 
1948, both parents w/ secure jobs at Ford, Detroit or Flint, MI.

I'd be just getting my license as the pony car and muscle car wars started up and the cities were actually something to be proud of. Of course, this would most likely result in me being raised to be extremely racist along with a wealth of other issues... But I think that can be sidestepped if I were to be the same sort of person I am now.
 
1927 South Coast USA . I'd be 18 Just after The War Ended and have my pick of some really cool Cars and Motorbikes 👍
 
In the future at the hight of technology to some rich family in Japan.
