Chrome unwanted search

Every time i start up chrome now it will open a second tab (another search engine) called Express Files http://search.conduit.com/?CUI=UN38816993866418271&ctid=CT3176921&SearchSource=48
and i dont know how to get rid of it?

Ive looked through the settings and deleted it off the search engines page but it still shows up plus ive looked through the Hard drive and couldnt find it there.
Help needed !

This guy's may work but im not really uesd to using safe mode and im on windows 7.
And what is msconfig ?

Deleting the files from the registry in safe mode didnt work.
have to try somthing again later.

EDIT
I guess it did work deleting the files but what i missed was the upon opening setting in chrome had it selected yet, also IE seems to be back to normal for reasons idk because it was hijacked completely by the Express files.
