Chromeline code damaged - can I retrieve it?

Took delivery of the CE today and when I went to take the sticker off the back of the chromeline car voucher, the paper ripped and destroyed half of the code Does anyone know if this can be fixed or am I outta luck.

Same here, apparently a "scratch off",, did the same thing and rendered the last 3 characters unreadable. I contacted sony via email support and they had me fax a copy of the voucher, receipt and partial code to a provided fax number.
Sony said give them 3 to 5 buisness days for a answer once they receive the fax.
