So I'm visiting France in a couple of weeks for a short stay with the girlfriend. We will be based in St Malo and will have my car to get around in. We have looked at things to do, and I looked straight away at how far Le Mans is from where we are staying. We can get there in 3 hours.
The problem is that there is very little information on the website about what is going on at the circuit apart from the very big events (like Le Mans 24 hours 2012) or basic information on driving experiences around the Bugatti circuit.
I wondered therefore how many people have visited the circuit and could give me more information on what can be found there. Things like car museums nearby or go karting tracks that would make the 3 hour car journey worthwhile, rather than just the "I have been to Le Mans" tagline. What is Le Mans itself like as well?
