Maybe, or maybe this car got its idea from the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing...

That's an entirely different door system. The gull wing only has hinges on the roof. All of the cars posted have one hinge on the roof and one on the side.

I believe that style of door is called a Butterfly door.

Too bad PSA can't make any of these concepts reality. When was the last time any Peugeot/Citroen concept made it even part-way to production? When was the last time any of it was relevant? This has much more in common with the Iosis than the door design: it's destined for the greatness of nothing.
