Make sure your ghost is on, this makes it look like you're competing with yourself. Also makes for faster times. Ill post my settings for the 1'20.2 run but I didnt mess around with it too much, I just adapted to how the car was handling. Im sure if I spent more time on it, I could get into the 1'19.xx's

humm i have the game for more than a year, i played GT3 before ibought gt4, i know how to use the ghost! lol

i just think i can do much better...still im 2/3 seconds behind u guys!

any if u can post ur set up i d be greateful, i'd really like to test i!

Bravo to Jedi09 for beating both me and leonidae by ripping off that awesome 1'20.2. That must have been some lap. I will once again try to beat you as I did to leonidae (although I hope he continues to try to lower his lap time). Yes, the civic that I used was a low mileage civic and I waited forever to get it in that year and color, because that is the car I drive everyday in real life.:sly: I am going to take leonidae's advise and trying using the 1.5way limited slip. So far I have been using the full customize differential. I will also post all my settings later as i am not near my ps2 right now and can't remember the settings offhand. I hope you guys continue to try to lower the times. A 1'19.99 or lower is possible and I want to see who can get there. GOOD LUCK:)

(Oh, yea, Jedi09 good job! But your going down! 1'20.2 to beat! See you in the 1'19's.)

I've not given up, these massive gallery updates have just eaten my time. trying to improve the settings and laptime when I have chance.

Thanks to Leonidae's advise about the 1.5 way limited slip differential I was able to drop my time to a 1'20.05:) , but that is it. I don't think this little car has got much more in it.:ouch:Only if I had an absolute perfect lap would I be able to get into the 1'19's.

I like your confidence:dopey:
I know i can do better, If I actually spend time tuning and with a civivc with less miles. Im also going to try the 1.5 limited slip.

FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN

This car was a joy to tune especially at Infineon. Here are my settings, I got to say it's a pretty balanced setup still has room for improvements. I particularly had trouble between turns 2-3 just never got enough speed exiting it just wanted to push a little. I just simply ran out of time today.

I know, it's incredibly nimble little shoppingbag that loves to rev. and with 1.5LSD it's able to put up a fight against Focus RS.

That was a lucky lap cause the last 7 laps were 1'20'1xx -.8xx .

I had a good run at turn 2-3 and at the hairpin on that run and now I just can't get it right again.

I know what you mean.. I haven't been able to improve my time either. mess up one corner, and you'll mess up another, and there you go..

I also was not able to improve my lap time no matter how much I tried and no matter how I tuned the suspension. I tried the car with a stock suspension setup and was able to clock a 1'20.5:) so the tuning didin't even help to much. It seems once you reach the limit in this car it becomes almost impossible to lower your lap times without a bit'o luck.:ouch::grumpy:
