Claiming a PAL DLC Code on US account...?

[MasterDriver]

Can I use a PAL code on US PS3, using a PAL Account?

Then Load up my US account and have the cars because they are on the harddrive?

Yes i think you can. I have recently moved to Hong kong from the UK, i have an asian ps3, but have continued the use of my UK psn. I bought the asian version of gt, but had to download the cars in my HK account, but when going back over to my UK account it added them automatically to my garage on my UK save file.
