Classic cars you would like to see added to GT5 in updates.

First of all, we need the GT40 in premium. Period.

Having said that, these are the ones I would most like to see. Wishful thinking I guess.

1. We need Porsche - Ruf's are fine, but there's no substitute for Porsche 917
gulf-porsche917.jpg

Now that we have both Ferrari, Lotus, Honda, and Cooper it would be nice to see some old open wheelers:

Ferrari 312

Honda RA 300

Lotus 49

With the old F1 cars, we would obviously need the full Monza track with the oval. 💡

Sorry for the big pics.

Most Americans know why this should be in the game
dale_earnhardt2.jpg

Thats Dale Earnhardt right? RIP

It would be cool to drive around with his car (eventhough their is no Daytona 500 event), but as a F1 fan I say, a F1 car from Gilles Villeneuve is a must! This guy was one of the most genius race drivers ever and his Ferrari 126C (the car he entered his last race with)+the number 27 is just iconic. Sadly, this car brought no luck to Ferrari. It was superior, but both drivers had bad accidents during the season.

Some of my favorites:

1.)Any of the 1970-76 SD455 Trans-Ams.
2.)Any of the 1968-74 Big Block 'Vettes.
3.)The '69 Ferrari Daytona.
4.)Anything from Oldsmobile, after 1953 and before 1980 in particular.
5.)Any of the 1968-72 GTOs.
6.)How about a few more obscure Japanese classics? {did we really need 73258274 Skylines anyway? ;p}
7.)Any of the Minis made before 1980.
8.)Anything else from Holden{before 1985 in particular.}

never quite figured out what the deal is with these two - are they the same car, different body or what?

Anyway, I think I need a break for a bit

And this one :

Dean+Martin%27s+very+own+Ghia+L6.4.jpg

Owned by Mister Dean Martin.

Also I would like to see some more old school Astons , 250GTO (It's beyond me why a 512bb over the 250 :S) more classic Jag's.

WOW!!!

I forgot all about this thread #

Some GREAT classics there, would be great if Kaz puts together a DLC package of rare and classic beauties 💡

As for the MASSIVELY over used Skylines in GT4 and 5...ENOUGH already Kaz!

The question is....Will they ever add cars to GT5?
Im unconfident because PD never said that will add new cars to GT5,only more features and fix things. Not a single official thing was said that GT5 will have more cars in future...

A couple of classic Pikes Peak cars, the Pikes Peak track and more classic rally cars..
Ex. Audi Sport Quattro S1

Loave all the suggestions. I certainly do not know all of the cars suggested, but would love to see most of them.

On the US side, would love the Boss 302, with a race mod to turn it into the Trans Am series version. Same with the Cudas of the same era. Like someone suggested, the older Trans Ams would be nice. Older NASCAR cars would be great, but living near Pikes Peak, I am very dissapointed in the lack of that course and some of the great cars that have raced the mountain. WOuld like the Tacoma version (Truck, but looks more like a car in this version)

WOuld also like to see some of the great Aussie cars from over the years. They have always had a different take on style combined with musclecar power, and I like it.

WOuld like to see some more Us Tracks too. Road Altlanta, bring back the Glen in NY, Infineon needs to come back to the game. Less city tracks and more race tracks (PP Hill Climb being not included in that statement--wantwantwant that track back).

Personally, I would pay the full price for slassic tracks and classic cars like this if they built it. Would have no problme with that at all. This is the cheapest entertainment value I have ever had IMO. Question is, does the PS3 read multi level blu-rays? You can jump from 25G of data to 50 or 100G depending on the disk. Just not sure if the player can read the multi level disks. Otherwise, I can upgrage--put a TB in my player and have an option to permanently load the option disks if they would ever make it.

WOuld also love for them to let us be able to switch a driver or car without having to completly reload the track again.

More Ferraris
More Aston Martins
More Bugattis
Porsche
Austin Healey
More F1
More classic Le Mans cars
Peel P50
Off-Road/Baja Trucks (Dakar would be epic as an event)
More Lamborghinis
More Maserattis
More Lotus(es?)
More contemporary cars ('09+)
More Spyker
More Bentley
Auburn
Classic Hot Rods
More MG
More Alfa Romeo
March
Lola

...and please make every release Premium. I know the other guys playing the other system get DLC packs, and I hope we do too. I'll buy stealths, and the chromeline I don't have, but give me more. If I gotta wait, no problem, but at least tell me something is in the works (I know it's been hinted, but you know how those hints have panned out in the past).

While we're at it, Barrett-Jackson just ended, so I'd naturally love to see an online auction sponsored by B-J and PD, similar to the online UCD we have now.

And next time, please, no credit limit.

Surprised to see the Alfasud being requested! What a terrible car that was!

Anyway, good call on the BMWs (507, M1, M3s), Alfas, De Tomaso & Ferraris (Daytona, GTOs, etc.).

Here's some that haven't been mentioned yet:
