Classic Cars?

I was trolling true the net when i found this thread from storm where he listed the fastest handeling cars there are in game and for most i agree but i was wondering if there is a thread on what the fast cars are when you group them in to age. Like.... Best handeling 60's Car is....

Oh and for people that don't get my question, i am not talking about rally car, but just if like tomorrow a new event comes with say... World classic 60's Race or event more restricted like Japanees 60's Festival, then what car do you drive in.
Anyway i hoop people car understand where i am going to and can read true my spelling :)
 
I love the sound and the power of the 69Camaro, that would be my choice.
If you can handle it, a Cobra would be nice, of course. Haven't tried the BUICK Special so far in GT5, but it was very fast in GT4.
 
I'd just use stormbringer's thread and search through it to find the relevant cars. His thread is by far the most comprehensive list/comparison I've seen.

The seasonal event forum usually has people talking about what cars to use for the events though.

Yeah i know stormbringer has a nice list but it only covers new cars with most non restrictions like the redbull 1010 that you can use to finnish like 50% of all races in your dreams but talking more of a list where you got atleased age restrictions on them like whe had in the 80's race on the event.

atm the only car i know is fast is the honda multon but i am sure there are better car hidden out there but thanks for the like do atleased it give some idd on what is favored
 
Best 60s car is either the Ford Mark IV Race Car '67, Ferrari 330 P4 Race Car '67 or Jaguar XJ13 Race Car '66. The Chaparral 2D is supposed to be in the same league but I don't have one yet so I can't confirm. The Ford GT40 Race Car '69 is slightly inferior to the others. However for the expert series historic car race you can use the Toyota 7 Race Car '70 (won from B-Spec Like the Wind) or Chaparral 2J Race Car '70 which are the best classic cars in the game. I prefer the 2J a bit more - it is easier to drive and may corner a tiny bit faster.

Please work on your grammar/spelling, it's really hard to understand what you said here.

Stormbringer takes "requests" I think, so if you ask him to try and test something for you he'll probably help you out.

Alternatively, check the Seasonal forum, or just do a search for whatever race you need a car for. If you're looking for the best car for a certain event, chances are someone asked already and people gave them answers.
