Yes, I did it! I'm proud of my little car. I beat a car with 100 MORE HP than mine! About 1am I got to race a 2003 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE(MT). He got a slight rolling start so he was ahead of me through all of 1st gear but about halfway through 2nd, I started pulling on him. By the time I was at 7500rpm in 2nd we were dead even. 3rd gear was my victory gear though. By the time I hit 90mph, I was a good 2 car lengths ahead of him. Yeah! Take that 100 more HP and 9 less years!

Fast bikes can also beat a Ferrari Enzo (~11.1 second quarter mile) and the new Porsche GT-Carrera v10, or whatever it's called (estimated 10.9 second quarter mile).

As for Fugiot, nice job, but be careful (I know, I know, "Shut up dad.").
 
hey guess what guess what, do u know why they can beat a enzo (not talking to dett)(talkign to the bike guy) its because they have hp but they are also propelling a 400lb bike, strap a v8 ont a 400lb object and ud be going so fast ud **** ur pants by the time u hit 2nd gear
 
I raced a stupid Sebring driving Illinoiser on my way home from school, he had like 40mph on me...a person infront of me turned to a side street, I started to go and I see this guy flying up to pass me(for no reason, his lane ended about a quarter of a mile up a hill), so I stomp on the gas and while my 16 year old 82horses couldn't match his speed, I nearly made him hit a curb, and that was my intention. The moron even had the gaul to look at me with this sort of smile like he was truely proud that his brand new Chrisler piece of crap beat a 16 year old economy car.

Also a few weeks ago I raced a mid '90s Lexus LS300(or whatever it was) in the morning on the way to school from a stop light, and he needed to be in my lane(he was behind me, then pulled next to me to pass because he thought I'd go slow). Light turns green, I floor it, he does too, and he passes me(I knew it would happen, the most I could do is give it all I had and make the idiot work for my lane), but I kept on it and he cut me off, so I tailgated him all the way to my school(he was a dad driving his kid to school. Both immature).

It's a lot of fun. :)
 
MazKid! lol, you crazy SOB, it sounds like it would be a blast to ride with ya'! I used to drive like that, but I stopped when I got the Impreza. They can have my lane, go for it, just don't touch my Impreza.

You sir are an ass. Plain and simple. I dont normally just go off on someone but have got to be one of the most irresponsible people behind a wheel. Your intention was to cause another living being to have harm dealt to them because you didnt want to give up your lane? How dare he wish to be ahead of you. What a crime to our land. Now he must pay with what could have been his life. Ass.
And to make things worse... you talk about a father driving his son to what could have been the hospital for all you know. You dont even know what kind of vehicle he was in....... all you know was that someone wanted in your lane. How dare they. They should perish by your hand for wanting to be in the same lane as you only ahead of you. You dont even be claiming to be in a hurry or anything. All you know is that this person wanted in your lane. How dare they. Once again, IMO you are extremely irresoponsible and should not be allowed to drive until you can pass a human decency exam of some sort.

hah, I knew I'd get lots of negative feedback.

I wasn't going to run him into the curb, that'd be stupid because not only could he get hurt but he'd cause me to wreck into him, and I'd probably get hurt worse in a small car such as the '3.

I was already doing like 45 in a 35 with him behind me as I was getting going, and he flew past me. There was absolutely no need for him to do that. This is like the 10th time someone from Ill has cut me off or passed me at dangerous speeds. Everyone in my family has been cut off by an Ill driver in the past 2 weeks, and it has to stop.

If I was say, in a 1st gen Protege or MX-3 with the 2.5V6, I would have either beat him or just let him go. The 323's bumpers are pretty well made, and while I haven't crashed into anything, and don't plan to, if someone cut me off and I couldn't stop fast enough, I doubt that there'd be any damage to the 323, but I'm not going to find out.

Tofu4G63 - I recognized the kid, he's a freshmen, I've seen him in the halls. I knew perfectly well where he was headed, and quite frankly, if he went straight instead of turning the way that I did, he would have probably gotten to school faster.

I've never cut a single person off, caused someone to wreck, or cause agitation of them(they appeared to be having fun in both situations), yet people cut me off all the time, tailgate me all the time, and almost cause me to wreck. I know the limitations of my car, and if at any time I thought that the 2 people in question were headed for disaster, I would have stopped.

Those bumpers you speak of. Although they may be made very very well, they are only designed to help in parking lot crash's of like 5mph. If you are doing like 30mph those bumpers are going to be history in an accident.
You know the limitations of your car? This coming from someone who himself said that he is a newb driver and cant afford the distraction of driving a manual. I'm sorry but you just negated your own comment with other comments from yourself.

So someone tries to pass you at dangersous speed, what do you do? You decide that its better to increase your speed to force the other guy to further increase his speed. What logic. Im sorry but your still an ass.

I personally don't care what you think. I don't need anyone here to think of me in any which way, I'll still be happy and continue to post.

Everyone has thier own opinion, and I value that and let them say whatever they want, even if it's about me, because in the end I know that they don't know me here at home.

Now then, I specifically said that I'm relitively new to driving because of my age, but I'm a skilled driver. If at any time I thought the danger level of my driving was too high, I'd slow down. I'm a sort of paranoid driver because there's a lot of people driving faster and taking huge risks and I don't want them to hit me. I'm also very overprotective of my 323 both inside and out, and if I ever thought that what I was doing would lead to a crash or something, I wouldn't do it. What I said about sticks meant that right now driving an auto is nice because I don't have the distraction of a stick. I didn't mean that I can't drive a stick or that it would distract me a lot. When I drive I have nearly zero distractions, I don't play the radio loud, I don't use a cell phone(I don't have one), and I rarely drive with people in my car. I concentrait on the road and the other drivers.

My intention of having him hit the curb was just an intention, I wasn't going to act on it if I thought that he would hit the curb. And he didn't. He just cut me off and continued on his way and I continued on my way, parked my '3 on the driveway, and went in my house just like I always do.
 
u say ur what 16, u sound more like a 12 year old, you obviously only care about urself and no one else and u know why they diserve to cut you off, cuz they can they have the faster car and theyu probably payed more so deal with it,man what the hell do u do when old ppl pass you...
