Clicking on Specific Thread gives Maintenance Page

So while I was browsing the Planet of GT, I came across this thread in the GT6 General Questions section. It was called "DISABLED DRIVERS". Every time I click on it, I get the Maintenance page without the clock showing when it will be back up.

To make sure it was not just me, I asked my friend @ProjectWHaT to see if he had the same result. And yep, he sure did.
