empty space, you can't use brushes to add elements that aren't in the original shot (like snow) :S

well, it's the same really. If they weren't in the original shot, we can't add them (I know because I did the same in the 2.0 comp and SlipZtrEm told us that is not allowed) :)

But if all those petals were in the original shot, that's OK. ;)

I can post the original if you'd like to see it :)

no need ;) I thought it was snow since the background isn't to much recognizable. I never caught so much petals :D

FINAL ENTRY

The Beloved

Changed my entry already (just decreased the noise on it), my first Lr4 edit, hope you guys like it:)

For mine I used post editing sepia toning which retained a little colour and as sepia is mentioned in the theme description I would say slight colour would be allowed, though that will ultimately be up to the judge. I'm happy to change mine if need be.

Heh...

just uploaded an entry (an edit of one of my first sets, actually), and realized that no, as much as I want it to be otherwise, the TZ2 is not a race car. Because... race car?

Here she is anyways...

As for peoples' questions about editing eligibility, I'll get a response from CCS7 as soon as possible 👍

First of all can I say I hope everyone had a fine time over the Xmas festive period. Apologies for not checkin' back sooner....... amazing quality of entries , a lot of them are right on the money as to what I was hoping to get 👍👍

Sooo, is slight color allowed or not?

Yeah.. the whole 'monotone' thing eh? I maybe should have been clearer in the description. I think monochrome and sepia speak for themselves....... 'monotone' for me is another variation on sepia produced back in the day in the darkroom with different chemicals ie; one basic overall colour tone like a hint of blue, yellow, green .....etc, it was a method used way back on B/W prints but very subtle . An original colour image would be fine as long as the saturation is taken way down and then an overall colour tone added to it.

I've hope I haven't made it sound more complicated trying to clarify :dunce::crazy:

Nato - Your shot is sepia to me (as it is in-game filter) and so is within the theme 👍

iNs3CuRe, why_spyder, Beeblbrox and Mitch - Sorry guys :guilty: They may all be low in colour but are still in colour if you know what I mean? I hope you do and you still got time to change them :sly:

Everyone else... spot on 👍 keep 'em rolling in :)

I'll upload my entry with a little bit of color too then :)

CCShaft, is it allowed to use a second image like DarkR did? I thought not. If so, I would like to know. ;) Because it adds something to the image that was not originally from the game.

I believe it may possible to produce something similar within P/shop itself with the know-how though the more I look at it I tend to agree with you, the *"Creative cropping". The main "image" must be four-sided, with 90-degree, upright corners. rule is a little borderline I suppose but that seems ok :dunce:

It's something I'll have to hand over to Slipz to adjudicate :)
