I don't think it fits, it's a reaaally great shot :drool:👍, but that's why you (and others) need the 3.0 edit. :sly:

I don't remember lightning in Spa. :scared:

But I could be wrong, if I am, I'll apologize. :guilty:

So many awesome entries :drool: I wish I had not changed my entry earlier so I could have another go during the weekend. It seems like the standard has reached an even higher level recently.

On the other hand, as far as I know, when Britain is on daylight saving they go by BST (GMT+1), and it is GMT +8 in where I live, so 1400 GMT (as stated in the top post of this comp) should be equal to 2200 hours in where i live, therefore, GT HP Nut's and my entry, posted at 2123 and 2140 (GMT+8) respectively, should be still before the cut off time of 1400 GMT.

Can the judge clarify on this, and you have my word that i will pursue on only your decision to cut off entries early rather than yourself should your decision be unsatisfactory, as i understand that it is your first judging in my 20-odd weeks of participation.

i thought the judge did explicitly say rain effects are not permitted too, but unfortunately it is still on the less edited shot...
 
GMT 14:00 are 15:00 where I live GMT +1, and you post 15:40 = 14:40 GMT.

wait a minute, is there daylight saving (ie the clock is put forward for one hour) in where you live?

if your place is GMT+1, and I am in a place of GMT+8, there would be 7 hours time difference, how on earth would my post be shown to be posted at 2140 (GMT+8) when you show 1540 (GMT+1)? There are only three reasons that I can think of, one is that your place is in daylight saving at the moment ie you are currently on GMT+2 instead of +1, the second reason is that you have calculated the time difference based on BST rather than GMT, which BST is GMT+1 as per my previous post on this, the final reason is that we are not on the same planet.
