“We finally get a new Vision GT car and its the one that I have been very fascinated with when I first saw the sketches. This car drives and handles like a go-kart and has the best paint schemes of all time. Photograph this thing in all its glory and don't hold back.”

This Thread will answer many possible questions you may have.
  • It is recommended you host your image on ImageShack, Photobucket, or Flickr.
  • Not sure how to post a thumbnail or preview image? Read this sticky!
  • Please use a clickable-preview to full-size, not a separate text link for it; it makes poll creation much easier!

  • No post-GT6 editing, besides proportional resizing and rotating, is allowed.
  • One entry per user. It must be your own work, and never previously used in a comp.
  • Do not ask other users to choose your entry.
  • Absolutely no hybrid, hacked cars, or cars obtained through such means.
  • Mark your FINAL ENTRY clearly, with red text.
  • You may change your entry once. Do it clearly; edit out your previous entry, and
    either post the new one in a new reply, or in place of the original.
  • When submitting, use either a thumbnail or a preview image, linked to the full-sizer.
  • Preview images can not exceed 500 pixels in either direction.
  • A preview image must be representative of the full-size image. Do not add effects to it.
  • Do not post "Honourable Mentions" or outtakes - just your Final Entry, that's all.
  • Winner gets to choose the following week's theme, as well as the Top 15.
  • Winners cannot enter in their own theme!
  • The Host may ask for the original image and it must be submitted if so.
    It's recommended to save the original image (preferably in-game) until week's ends.

Failure to follow these rules will result in ignored entries and/or disqualification!

Does this mean the Black Sapphire version is excluded?.....I only have this one at the moment but will shell out 1M if needed :)
 
Welcome along @VictrolaTime - just want to check that your entry hasn't had some editing as the GT watermark seems a little too bright/sharp. Exif info suggests it's been through Picasa, so thought possibly it may have had an auto-enhance applied.

I've checked and it appears Picasa did auto-enhance it when uploaded. I didn't even notice as the uploaded 'non-enhanced' version on Picasa is so much darker than on my PS3 (even given screen settings etc). Anyway, I've pulled it for the time being and when I get a few moments I'll see if I can upload from my PS3 another way. No underhandedness intended, thanks for the heads up and keep up the good work.

*UPDATE* Picasa is a pain. Scrapped the original. Entry changed above (using my one change as per rules).

I said it has the best paint scheme of all time:), I didn't say it was a must, so you are free to use the black colour which makes it look a batmobile.

No worries.... I was looking for an excuse to own both versions anyway 👍
 
Something has changed quite badly with the lighting on this track... I used to shoot at 19:50 ALL THE TIME with stunning results. Now even 19:30 is way to dark alot of the time.

I think the biggest problem is that there seems to be a much larger quantity of "positions" that aren't affected by adding exposure comp. (EDIT ADD: It also seems that much of this track is now suffering the "interior lighting" problem in ALL views with low sun angle)

Ugh... pretty soon I'm just gonna go back to GT5 photomode. :banghead: [\rant]

That said however... entry coming :sly: if I can pick one :scared:

The miniature filter can create some interesting results, especially by blurring out everything around the car. But, it's tough to catch the car in full clarity without the blur catching it.

Yea it's hard to get it without part of the car being blurred out. As you can see, the right part of the bumper is a bit blurry
 
Oh are you 🤬 serious?! Dear lord I swear when I dont have anything going on I rush like crazy to get my entry in the comp stays open for an entire 1-2 days extra, but when I'm busy as hell they close right exactly on time or early and I find out a few hours later as I'm going to upload.
