I thought of that problem as well..
I only had time to take 2 photos.. the other one felt like it would just blend in with all the others so I risked it
I always have the original.. not sure how it would prove it though

If you still have it on your PS3, you can always add the judge on PSN and fav the photo and show it to him. It shows where it was taken. 👍
