I voted for the 4ht one because I wanted to see the beauty side of GT and that picture really show's it :)

just voted on instinct, for music and then cheked poll to realize he voted for himself?? and then read his post!! OMG guess the NFC overtime caught me up :boggled:

First time making the 2.0 poll! :D
Voted for Benmastaw00t.

@cphbullet: I'm no expert but, what irks me from your picture that it's kinda out of focus.

For me, the car is too low in the picture and too close to the right edge of the picture. I'd also tilt the camera to enhance the sense of motion.

More importantly though, seeing as this is a 2.0, the picture desperately needs some editing. GT5's filters are alright, but importing the picture into Photoshop or any other editing software enables you to fine tune the picture exactly how you want it.

Opinions? I was going to change to this picture but forgot. :ouch:

Is that better? Would I have had a better chance with that shot?

Just curious without whiny notation, how come my awesome shot did not make the poll?

Phew, and I was thinking I can make the cut with my picture.

Oh, well! I still like my pic, LOL! :)

Musical_Artist. Please do not vote for yourself, I assume from your post that it was a mistake. So no hard feelings, but just try to swerve a bit less with the mouse if you were intending to vote for jonjwlee. It's still a few pics down. :p

And, sorry. But I do just find it preeeetty suspicious about the user rohinghai has 0 posts and just happened to register a few moments after the poll went up. /suspicious rant. Sorry for even taking this up, but I think most people will notice that I'm just slightly paranoid about these things.

Again, sorry! And my vote did go to RetroGiant, dem colors on display there.👍 And SVX, if I should give some short feedback. Lower the exposure, and zoom out.

yeah, I accidently did. I messaged SlipZtrEm and told him I did. I think that being honest about what I did is the best thing to do.

Yeah i know but i can't edit them after taking them as others do so my entries will always be a little softer than others.

Hmm do you mean i would have done better with this?

Ah, so you can't edit them. That explains some of it.

However, the picture being out of focus has got nothing to do with any sort of editing. If you look closely at your competition entry, you'll see that the focus point is actually on the rear air intake, when it should have probably been on the general frontal area of the car. That's why the image appears soft except the intake and the surrounding area. I'm guessing that's what slzk means.

As for the composition I actually prefer that of your competition entry more. I do like the cropping; like I said earlier, the car just needs to be higher up and further towards the left of the picture.

That's what I meant. And your picture looks pixellated in some ways. Maybe you could try uploading your photos using image-hosting websites, such as photobucket or flickr. That could be your problem with the pixellation/out-of-focus-ness.

I thought, I would of made the poll this week.

Can I have some feedback? Someone in my gallery said that it could be a bit more zoomed in, and I agree, but is there anything else that I should have changed? I don't even mind not making the poll, because there were so many good photos that Ceiling Fan must have had a really hard time choosing which would make it.

I knew there was a shot missing in the poll.
This would've had my vote

Same here. Shame it´s not in.

Well, I´m not the judge but I feel the car is too much in the centre of the picture. Put it a little more into one of the corners next time and you should be fine, because from an editing point of view, it´s very nice ;)

I have to agree with with Wallbreaker, about the car being in the center.
