That reminds me; a rule has been added to deal with if we ever end up with a tie after a tie-breaker. In those cases, the theme chooser/judge's vote counts as the deciding factor.

Of course, since there's no judge this week (or next)... I'm not sure what to say. Hopefully we don't end up with a tie, then!
