Further explaination of the theme by Fido_le_muet.

"This week, I want to see sister cars. It can be a new and an old model (70s & '09 Challengers,
Beetle & New Beetle, Golf I & Golf V GTI...) or a road car with its racing counterpart
(Corvette C5 & C5R, SC430 & Super GT Counterpart...). You can also be creative and pair cars
that are somewhat related (Beat & Cappuccino...)
Feel free to propose any combination you like but you should know that weird/odd duos are
unlikely to make it into the poll. So choose wisely.
Now get to it people !"

Cars: Theoretically, any...
Locations: Any.
Phototravel: Ahem, that might prove a bit hard...
Unique Restrictions: Duos must be coherent. No Zonda & 2cv pics (even if that
would be fun^^).

If you would've put the Countach, the Diablo, and the Muria in there also, you would've had the entire flagship line-up of Lamborghini pretty much.

Actually, I can see the perfectly fine. The issue is probably that I have light-sensitive eyes kinda. I see colors and light more vibrantly than is normally seen. So, I often end up taking photos that are bordering on too dark for other people.
Check out my gallery and you'll probably see more of what I mean.

I do understand though. I took it in the morning at the track, so it was kinda dark.

I liked yours Nato. I would have prefered to see a Countach or a Miura with tha Aventador In the end, the choice of car didn't do it for me :/

Yours was my next choice! I really really liked it! Since you used the same cars as someone else, I decided to pick only one of them to have some diversity in the poll. I just liked the black and white one a little more than yours, sorry. Still a very nice shot 👍

Kinda the same as ghostrider. I'm not a fan of wings and tuning parts so yours didn't do either I also would've liked to see an Enzo with that beautiful F40, more than the SP1

Quick edit: About SVX's entry. I'm truly sorry. I take full responsibility for this hiccup. I kinda rushed it when I sent the poll to Nato and forgot to check for sigs in the pics. I was planning to but I forgot to do it as I wanted to send the poll not to late so Nato would be able to post it tonight.
Again, very very sorry SVX. It doesn't change anything about your pic which is very nice and completely what I was expecting. Sorry again mate :/

The C5R was the first Corvette brought to "The 24 Hours Of Le Mans" race that was able to achieve a class victory. The C2 and C3 had been brought to Le Mans in the past, but never won. The C1 might've been brought over, but I'm not sure, and if it was, it didn't win.
The C5R got the first victory for the iconic American Sports Car against their rival European Sports Cars, placing the Corvette into the world spotlight as a "world-class" sports car.
The C6-R kept the winning streak, and still is winning "24 Hours Of Le Mans".
It was the duo of Corvette race cars that showed the world that the Corvette is a truly qualified sports car.

I know this cause I love Le Mans racing and LM-GT class races.

I can say that I also know which people took the first, 5th and 8th entries. Some people really like shots of non-moving cars at R246, and someone really likes to edit warm-filter images.
