"Not much to explain this week. Really, this theme should explain itself.
I want you to show me some intense pitstop action. Got it? Excellent, now surprise me. "

Cars: Any Racing cars. No production cars.
Locations: Any - including the Phototravel Pitstop.
Phototravel: Yes - see above.
Unique Restrictions: No production cars. Multiple cars are allowed so long as
they are all race cars.

This Thread will answer many possible questions you may have.

I think similar to ShadowPeter's shot, the car was airbourne instead of supported by a jack (only NASCARS have it in GT5)

There were only little things that bugged me. For example the shadows all look blocky, or the too unsharp car.
I think a bit sharper, or, more focus on the car and a little more motion and it would've been in the poll too. I also think yours was on rank 16 or 17 in my list....

As Nato already told you, you were on the unlucky 13th place.
Not much I can tell you here, maybe a little too much motion.....just a little.

To be honest SVX, I didn't liked your shot at all.
Theres only one sharp point and thats the helmet. Everything else is blurred and/or out of focus.

Not too bad, it just lacks some editing (if you compare it to those in the poll). And maybe a bit more motion.
In the end, the others simply were better....

Nato can approve it, you were in my Top15! I liked your shot because its totally different to any other shot I received.
It feels like theres a story behind your shot. The pitcrew seems to be hoping for a last good couple of tires or something.

I liked your attempt to shoot in the dark with some le mans action. Unfortunately the angle draw me to some confusion. Which car is coming from where and what is going on here!?
I think Nato chose the better angle to do a pitstop picture at la sarthe. But you were soooo close to a great shot from there.....

Two things: The floating car and the sinking tire!
These two ruined the shot IMO.

Zoom out a bit more or zoom in a bit more! One of it would really help that picture.
It also feels a bit blurry. The floating car though wasn't a big issue here (IMO).
You just cut the front and end of the car too much.


Also, this goes to many of you. If you upload your pictures somewhere, make them private!!!!
There were many shots set on public and I saw that a few people already saw some shots.
Keep that in mind for the SSC! Noone should see your shots till the pol is closed!

You got it, either wait outside the pitlane while the AI cars pit or when you're pitting, make sure there's an AI car not pitting (preferably outside the pit lane - saves alot of walking) and switch the camera to that car during the replay.

Thanks for that bmxmitch. I guess its a bit of a 'Marmite shot'. Now that I look at it isn't that a very good picture. Thanks man.
