Further explaination of the theme from Nato_777.

"'My Kingdom for a horse', more specifically - a Prancing Horse! This week it's all about
Ferrari and where would I like to see them.... in the United Kingdom of course - which means
either London or the Top Gear Test Track. Simple as that. :)"

Cars: Any Ferrari(s).
Locations: London or Top Gear Test Track.
Phototravel: No no no.

This Thread will answer many possible questions you may have.

  • Entries for the competition this week must be sent to the Judge Nato_777 Via
    Private Message and not posted in this thread, any pics posted in this thread will not be
    considered for the poll.
  • Your PM must consist of a preview image no bigger than 500px at the largest side with a
    direct link to the full size image.
  • Your first entry will be your last, you will not be allowed to change your entry so be happy
    with it.
  • One entry per user. It must be your own work, and never previously used in a competition.
  • Do not use a photo from your Gallery or post your photo shoot in your Gallery until after
    the competition (and poll if you made it) has closed.
  • Preview images can not exceed 500 pixels in either direction.
  • A preview image must be representative of the full-size image. Do not add effects to it.
  • Winner chooses the following week's theme and becomes Judge for that week.
  • Winners cannot enter in their own theme!
  • The Judge will select their favourite 12 entries and PM to the Host for the poll.
  • The poll entries will then all be hosted by me so that links cannot be traced to the owner
    of the photo.
  • The Host may ask for the original image and it must be submitted if so.
    It's recommended to save the original image (preferably in-game) until week's ends.
  • It is recommended you host your image on ImageShack, Photobucket, or Flickr.

so its a 2.0 but editing isn't allowed? I thought 2.0 meant editing was allowed....
 
I can't believe i only just questioned this now but anyone else wondering why this game lacks standard ferraris?

As far as I know, there were only two Ferraris in GT4 (Enzo and F2007) and I guess they decided to remodel them.

It all comes down to they just did the Ferraris firstish.

They weren't in GT4, they were in GT PSP and as a scaled down Premium model from GT5, also ... why have a standard when you can have a premium? :confused:

Other way around. The GTPSP ones weren't a scaled down version from GT5, the GT5 was a super modeled one independent of GTPSP.
 
^ I'm meaning the new ones over GT4 like the GT-R Spec V or the Vette ZR1, altough there's exceptions like the Buggati or Countach's.

Sorry, I may not have worded that right, so I'll say it again. :ouch:
All new cars from GT PSP that weren't already in GT4, are just premium cars (IIRC) scaled down for this game, however there's a few exceptions, like the Bugatti or Countach, which were only modeled for GT PSP.

GT5 came out after GTPSP.
GTPSP was "almost a direct port of GT4", there was no such thing as premium back when it came out.
 
As this is my first time participating in the Secret Santa competition, I want to ask when are the entries revealed?
 
and don´t tell anybody which picture is yours if the Poll is up , i did that mistake once :P
 
A couple more hours left for any last minute entries.

The main reason for posting an entry sent here is because we had a number of occasions where entries were sent to the wrong person, so missed out. With a post saying you've sent it, the judge can see if they've received it or not.
Since I added the submit button that doesn't happen so much any more.

EDIT: and now the COMPETITION IS CLOSED.
