It's the illuminated pillars which have been shot at a low aperture with a very zoomed-in focal length with the photo taken from above. It is not edited, it's very much possible to do by just doing what I just said.

No, please. Don't waste your vote on this crap. I could've liked it, but it just needs a crucial bit of exposure. The vignette is too heavy, and it is underexposed by ~0.5 EVs.

That is the stone pole with the cool filter and low apreture. It will turn greenish.
