Thanks, Mitch. I was glitching btw. Just hold the left analog stick up upon reaching highest point, while in camera mode, and enter and exit car movement map repeatedly till you break free from the deadzone.

Only in phototravel, most but not all. Its not good sometimes. You will see those cardboard trees and buildings.

That isn't really a bird's eye view either...

"Birds Eye" is merely a commonly recognized adjective... From what I understand there was not a minimum height the camera lens must be perched at?

Birds Eye is also a popular brand of frozen vegetables, but i found none of those in the game so I merely perched a camera above the car and looked down.

I never said it wasn't high enough, it just, to me, looks like it really isn't right over the car, which I believe is what BIV is.
