Holy crap, that's the best shot I've seen in this thread!

... Too bad it breaks the rules. By those lights, that's the Red Bull Hanger. The rules clearly state:
PHOTOTRAVEL: No
UNIQUE RESTRICTIONS: No cars on idle, they need to be on the move.

Sorry. Love the shot, but rules are rules.
