I was crashing due to connection issues, My internet couldn't cope with multiple connections from north America which I tried to explain to them repeatedly and I then received taunting and accusations of bad driving. Then I disconnected on Tokyo.

You weren't lagging at all on my screen, just crashing. And I don't think lag causes you to tailgate others.

GranTurismo916 you were lagging on my screen, It can happen on only one side. What happened frequently was someone would lag on my game hit me sending me into a spin I would have every part of my car damaged and I would bounce off the wall and multiple collisions would occur.

I know for a fact that I wasn't lagging in Rome, and you were tailgating me there.
 
In Rome latency was nil due to a small amount of overseas players, i asked you the regulations and rules about the cruise when I joined the room You clearly stated the only rule is no race car. You should have made the point about tailgating when I was doing it instead bringing it up now when you could have prevented it happening.

And the spin was caused by someone lagging hitting me in the side jerking my car into the barriers at a fast pace and couldn't prevent this as quick as you expect me to due to having a force feed back 900 degree wheel which violently shook side to side in the incident.
